BOOKING FORM
If your booking has been confirmed (contract signed and deposit paid), please fill in the booking form below no later than 1 month before the date of your event.
PAT certificate
Venues may require a PAT testing certificate which proves any electrical equipment I bring meets the required safety standards.
PLI certificate
​Venues often require PLI (Public Liability Insurance) to ensure coverage against accidents or injuries.
